About Melissa

Melissa Frenyea oversees the day-to-day operations at CommSoft and heads up the Project Management Office, Product Management, Product Development, Professional Services and Client Support teams. Missy is responsible for developing and cultivating a winning company culture and business strategy that achieves world-class products and services which enable CommSoft, our customers and our employees to meet and exceed current and future goals.

Prior to re-joining CommSoft, Frenyea was the Director of Worldwide Business Operations at Lumension where she was responsible for business operations across their international offices in England, Luxembourg, Hong Kong, and the US. Previous to that, she served as Director of Software Development at VersaTrans Solutions and Director of Research and Development with Flow Management Technologies.

Frenyea graduated summa cum laude with a BS degree in Mathematics and Education from Plattsburgh State University.

About Dwayne

Dwayne Soule oversees CommSoft’s Development Team and initiatives including a focus on strategic technology alliances, mobile applications, cloud services and cybersecurity. Soule has over 20 years of software development/engineering experience with a degree in IS obtained from SUNY, Empire State College. Prior to joining CommSoft he held positions of VP of Development, VP of IT, and Technical Director where he constructed and implemented technology strategy in software development and infrastructure. Soule also serves as a member of the Society for Information Management.

About Rick

Rick Bartlett has been with CommSoft since 2007 and is responsible for all new sales in the U.S., Canada, and the Caribbean. Rick is responsible for developing strategic sales plans based on company goals that will promote sales growth and customer satisfaction for the organization. Customer satisfaction is of the upmost importance to Rick so his job doesn’t end with the sale, he ensures the strong relationships built during the sales process can be maintained as a new customer moves on into the implementation phase of their customer journey.

Bartlett has over 12 years of marketing, sales, and management experience, and has been in the telecommunications industry for 8 years. Prior to joining CommSoft, he worked for Time Warner Cable as an Account Executive and Enterprise Rent a Car as a Branch Manager.

Bartlett received his Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Management from Siena College in Loudonville, New York.
